Pieces are shipped with USPS, typically by Priority Mail (5-7 business days for domestic shipping; 7-10 business days for international shipping). Commission pieces may need to be shipped by an alternate USPS method or shipping service, depending on their size and weight.

SCOARTGLASS is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.


Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Commission pieces may need additional time and customers will be given a time frame. Special backorder items are processed and notification sent with estimated delivery.  These items cannot be canceled.  Please contact us if cancellation is needed and a determination can be made if we can cancel less a 30% restocking fee, depending on the item.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SCOARTGLASS is not responsible for delays due to customs.


SCOARTGLASS accepts returns with the following conditions:

  • Customers must place a return request within 3 calendar days of delivery. Return requests will be made via SCOARTGLASS website “Return Request” form found on this page or by emailing [email protected].  Please include name, item purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for return.  The request will be reviewed and you will be notified of further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Returns are not accepted for commission pieces.


SCOARTGLASS does not accept exchanges or cancellations, but customers are encouraged to send a communication to [email protected] regarding any issues with their order.
